Kent Awards 2012
The ceremony for the presentation of the 2012 J. Russell Kent Awards was held on May 21, 2012. We had approximately 250 attendees who came to honor the 20 award winners from across the county. You can download the event program here.

- San Mateo Foster City School District: Brewer Island Elementary – Life Skills Program
- San Mateo Foster City School District: Audubon Elementary – Audubon Technology Program
- South San Francisco Unified School District: Los Cerritos Elementary – School Wide Reform Initiative
In addition, the Emily Garfield Award for counseling programs went to Diahanna Flores from Brentwood Academy in the Ravenswood School District.
