Governing in the Time of Chaos

Emotions are running high for various reasons at local school board meetings and Governance Teams are bearing the brunt of it, particularly as they try to hold productive board meetings during these difficult times. Governance Teams must be able to govern and move meeting agendas forward on behalf of the students they serve. If you are a Board President, or member of a Governance Team, and are experiencing audience chaos that prohibits you from governing, please join CSBA staff on October 18th at 6:00 p.m. for an honest discussion about what you can do to restore order and get back to work. This training will allow for engagement so attendees can ask questions and hear promising practices.
